In the event of a return, please email us at info.amaraflora@gmail.com and include your order number. We kindly ask that you let us know the reason for the return so we can continue improving our service for our customers. All our products are guaranteed to be brand new.
When returning an item, please follow the guidelines below:
Items must be unopened and unaltered. All original labels, tags, and packaging must remain attached and intact. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
Return timeframe. Items must be returned within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please contact us in advance by email to arrange the return.
Return request email. Please send an email including your order number and the reason for your return so that we can process your request. Kindly allow up to two business days for us to review and process your return.
If the returned product or packaging shows signs of damage, use, or alteration, we reserve the right to decline the return.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
